Joe
expanded
his
business
and now
owns and
operates
2 salons
in

In the
past,
Joe has
worked
as a
performing
artist
on the
Redken
men's
core
team,
sharing
what
Redken
has to
offer to
so many
talented
hairdressers
and
barbers.
Recently,
Joe
returned
from
Mexico
after
joining
Redken
Artistic
Director
of
Design,
Chris
Baran,
for five
days in
training
the
Mexican
Redken
team on
modern
barbering
techniques
and
introducing
the new
Redken
line for
men.
Realizing
the
importance,
he has
devoted
much of
his time
building
a strong
male
clientele
by
paying
close
attentions
to the
needs of
today's
men, and
offering
a
complete
line of
men's
services
in his
salons.
Joe has
had the
privilege
of
working
alongside
Vivienne
McKender,
2007
winner
of the
National
Hairstylist
of the
year
award.
Joe and
Vivienne
have
worked
together
in the
past on
several
occasions
including
the
Tiffany
Awards
in
Detroit,
and
giving
advanced
training
classes
the the
Academy,
a school
for
advanced
hair
styling
where
top hair
stylists
can
broaden
their
skills.
Classes
that Joe
has
taught
in the
past
include,
foiling,
coloring
and
advanced
men's
haircutting.
Adding
to his
list of
talents,
Joe is
currently
approved
by the
State of
North
Carolina
to give
continuing
education
classes
to
licensed
cosmetologists.
